	The House


	The central area in Serena is the living room with its high ceiling and gently rotating fans. A door leads out to the main terrace in front of the villa, while to the side, on the covered Veranda, is the dining area, where you can eat ‘al fresco’


	The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably with additional beds for 2 children. The three bedrooms are all situated at the front, each enjoying wonderful sea views. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

		At the rear there is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker and a fridge/freezer, and at the side of the house is a large barbecue area and dining terrace. Alternatively you can try one of the many restaurants, which are within an easy walking distance. There is a laundry room with a washing machine behind the villa.


	Bedroom One has an en suite bathroom (shower), and has one double bed plus an optional single bed. Double doors open out onto the main terrace. Bedroom Two has one double bed plus an optional single bed, and a bathroom (shower) nearby. Double doors open out onto your own private terrace. Bedroom Three has an en suite bathroom (shower) and can be fitted with two single beds or one double bed. The large window gives a view across the garden to the sea.


	Bedroom Two


	Upstairs is the lounge, where you can relax and enjoy the view through the double glass doors, or step out onto the Panorama Deck.
